studying with daddy

Jayme has been working very hard on studying for his test on Feb. 16th for his new job. We miss not hanging out with him, but we know how important it is for him to pass this. Norah likes to visit daddy and give him a study break every once in a while.

remodelling...again

It doesn't end in this house. We are always remodelling. This is our back entry way, we discovered this storage space over Christmas break. We (Jayme) had to do some drywall work in it, and now it is ready to be painted, but Jayme is soooo busy studying for his test. Painting just isn't on the priority list right now. Norah liked watching her daddy work...so does her mommy. =)

Norah enjoying reading her book, and playing with her toys. Daddy was coaxing out those big smiles. She had her 8 month old b-day yesterday...wow that is amazing, look at how much she has grown in 8 short months!

thrift store outfit

I bought this adorable outfit at a thrift store...it is so cute on her!! I love a great deal. She wasn't a fan a of that hat though...she kept trying to take it off. These pictures were taken in her nursery. She is finally starting to feel alittle better...thank goodness!

beanie...

Norah has acquired the nickname of "bean","beanie"....from our friends the Brandon family. I don't know really why she is called that...but it just seems to work for her. I haven't seen her all day today because I had to work at the hospital, and she is sleeping now and since I got home from work...I miss my bean! I am about ready to go wake her up! But I know better than that.

just hanging out...

This little monkey of ours loves to look out the window! She loves to hang unto the window, stand on her tip toes and look out. She holds on herself too. We couldn't believe how strong she was ..... not that we walk away and do the dishes while she is there....for those of you who are ready to call Children Protective Services please know Jayme's hands are just outside of the camera's view. We just laughed at her...so cute.
She has not been a happy baby lately though. She is sick....has a cough, snotty nose, LOTS of poopy diapers lately(she has pooped three times this morning before 9am), and one BAD attitude. She has decided to get up about 5am now. So pray for her...and her mom....it has not been easy. The only things that
guarantee a happy baby is looking out the window, or a bath. hmmm.....I'm tired.

still pretty...

Even though she was grouchy, cranky, and not wanting to particpate in getting her pictures taken....she still looks so beautiful. I took this picture and it is one of those where you know....its good. She is so pretty. I just can't put that camera away when she is around.

our little piston fan...

So...what pose do you like. This little stinker was not in the mood for pictures today, so I am fortunate to get these little smiles. She is getting more difficult to photograph since she is more mobile and distractable. We are going to try to upload a pic. to the Piston Website and see if they will display it on the fan photos. So I need to know what pic. everyone likes the best....let me know.

goofy girl

She has learned how to stick out her tongue....well that was about a week ago, and this week she isn't doing it....its strange how she will start something and then not do it again. Just the other day...she crawl about three feet! And she hasnt really done much since. I am sure that won't last long.

playing with the LEAP FROG table

Norah really likes her LEAP FROG table, she loves to practice standing and pushing all those buttons. She is really determined to stand more than practicing crawling. She gets really fustrated when she can not crawl. She is almost there.....that is what is so fustrating for her. =) I just wish she wasn't in such a hurry to grow up so fast.
